The Personel Department is responsible for directing the employment process in accordance with all current laws and establishing job classifications, descriptions and salary ranges for all non-classified employee positions, as well as interpreting established personnel policies and assisting the Administration and employees in all related matters. Under the direction of the Personnel Department, the Insurance Division coordinates and administers all benefit programs.
