The Hispanic Resource Center of the City of Kenner announced it's Grand Opening on June 26th, 2003. Kenner is the first community in the state of Louisiana to create a resource center for its rapidly growing Hispanic population. 

The HRC provides the Spanish-speaking residents a trsuted place and offers a variety of services including: medical assistance, education, legal advice, ESL classes, and other resources that are provided through appropriate organizations.
